The potential analysis, professional orientation and job coaching are additional areas in tuition to support systematically those who step in their careers (especially young people, promoted by the national employment agency, from the College of construction or Concordia). In this context, ensuring the balance between expectations, skills, educational training and real prospects in the labor market. Around 100 people will benefit from these services during the project. There will be planned trainings, initial discussions, potential analysis and group trainings on various topics: Vocational guidance, presentation of niche professions, assistance during the choice of the profession, skill analysis, communication and personality trainings, preparing for internship and training for application.
These measures will be conducted by trainers from Concordia and the National Agency for Employment, who participated in the Train-the-Trainer program.
